Very kind staff, great hospitality, well-equipped apartment, convenient location, close to city center and public transport.

Everything great.

The hotel had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The staff were polite and professional. The apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious, with a comfortable double bed. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the city center, and within walking distance of the metro station.

Nothing to fault.

The location is fantastic, being very close to the city center and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail. The bathrooms are clean and have all necessary amenities. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel offers facilities such as a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and even a supermarket nearby.

Some minor details were missing in the recently finished wing, such as iron board and batteries for the TV remote. However, the staff was supportive in providing these items.

This hotel is a great find in the city center. With its comfortable beds and attention to detail, it offers great value for money. The rooms are well-maintained and provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is also worth mentioning - a perfect way to start your day.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

I was impressed with the spacious and clean room at Silver Crown Hotel & Residence, Palace Quarter. The modern furniture added a touch of elegance to the space. The hotel's location near the city center was a major advantage, making it convenient to explore. I also appreciated the ample parking space, which kept my car cool on hot days.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the accommodation was super clean and modern. It was a relief to walk into a clean and well-maintained room. the staff was excellent and were great too fulfill our requests. They were able to accommodate early check-in and even printed our boarding passes, making our stay hassle-free. Lastly, the location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the bus stop that connects to the airport and the downtown market streets.

I was disappointed with the drainage system in the bathroom. The water would often spill over into the living room due to the lack of a proper drain.

Lovely staff, early check-in, clean surroundings, thoughtful touches, close to center, not noisy. Effective, helpful staff, never complained, assisted with requests, easy WhatsApp contact, great location. New apartment, affordable garage, groceries and restaurants nearby, excellent internet connection, friendly and helpful staff, felt like home. Comfortable placement, close to metro, walkable city, clean room, beautiful design, patient and nice staff.
